Toddler Stars (Co-ed) 18mos-3 yrs

This is a 60-minute class. Parent/Caregiver and child discover the world of gymnastics through free-exploration under the supervision of an instructor. Climb through tunnels and across balance beams. Roll over barrels and bounce on trampolines.

The child learns the basic building block of gymnastics through play thus creating a fondness for gymnastics.

Requirements: Walking.

Notes:  Parent Participation is required, 1 parent per child within arm’s reach at all times, bare feet, comfortable clothing, hair in a ponytail, and no jewelry.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Kindergym (Co-ed) Jr 3-4 yrs & Sr 4-5 yrs

Without parent participation

This is a 60-minute recreational gymnastics class that focus on learning fundamental gymnastics skills while developing awareness, strength, coordination, balance and agility in a caring fun-filled environment. 

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Stars in Motion (Co-ed) 5-6 yrs

This is a 90-minute class for girls and boys ages 5-6.  Students learn developmental skills on all gymnastics events. Children develop a higher level of fitness and an understanding of the fundamentals of artistic gymnastics.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Wondergirls (Stars in Progress) 5-7 yrs

This is a 120-minute class for girls ages 5-7. Students learn developmental skills on all 4 women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor. Children develop a higher level of fitness and an understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Girls Rec (Future Start) 7-9 yrs

This is a 120-minute class for girls ages 7-9.  Students learn developmental skills on all 4 women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor. Children develop a higher level of fitness and an understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Pre-Teens 10-12 yrs or Teen 13+ yrs

This is a 120-minute class for girls. Students learn developmental skills on all 4 women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor. Students develop a higher level of fitness and an understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Tumbling Intermediate

This Co-ed class is designed for dancers and cheerleaders with some experience in tumbling and would like to add higher-level skills such as; Aerials and Springs

Attire:  Fitted shirt & shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Tumbling Advanced

This Co-ed class is designed for dancers and cheerleaders with experience in tumbling and would like to add higher-level skills such as; Multiple Springs, and Tucks, should already be able to do round off back handspring independently.

Attire:  Fitted shirt & shorts, leotards, no socks, no jewellry.

Mini-Workshop (Pre-Comp)

Program designed for gymnasts born 2018, 2017, 2016 aspiring for becoming competitive gymnasts. These gymnasts will work on a level specially designed for them by the club, training will be twice per week, total of 3 hrs. 

This program is designed for young gymnasts to build the strength and flexibility and to offer them proper technique for the basic skills.

Attire: leotards are mandatory, no socks, no jewellry.

Manjak’s Gym Guidelines

FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS ONLY

During the season:
• Girls can wear leotards or t-shirt/shorts, however for safety reasons, please avoid gym suits with a tutu/skirt attached.
• Boys can wear tight fitted shorts/track pants and a t-shirt.
• Gymnasts are to be bare footed.
• Gymnasts are to have hair tied up (ponytails, braids, etc.).
• Please leave all jewellery and valuables at home.
• Gymnasts must be healthy to participate. Any gymnasts complaining of pain or feeling sick will be asked to sit and parents will be called to come and pick up the child.
• Gymnasts MUST be respectful to coaches and other gymnasts and must follow directions given. The club has the right to restrict anyone from participating if we believe they are endangering others or themselves. A parent meeting will be scheduled if misbehaving attitude happens more than once. The Club reserves the right to terminate the membership with no refund if we cannot work together in following Club’s Rules.
• Parents, grandparents or any other adult that drops or picks up the child must follow the Club’s Rules:
– No parents in the gym unless the child is registered in Toddler programs
– Parents MUST be on time to pick up their children.

Parent’s information:
• Make-up classes will not be offered at this time.
• Keeping the communication flow between office/head coach/coach and the parents is especially important to your child and to us to improve programs and offer you the best for your child.
• We consider all suggestions and complaints and work with everyone to better the programs and to make learning pleasant and positive for the children.
• Incidents and accidents MUST be recorded by the club.
• If your child will miss 8 weeks or more due to an injury, please bring us the original Medical Doctor’s note (signed and dated) and the date she/he is allowed to return to practice. A credit note will be issued and will be valid until September 15, 2024. Credit notes are not transferable to other children and are to be used only by the child that was issued for.
• When registering two or more children, we offer a discount of 10%. The discount is applied to the less expensive program.
• You can change payment options before your child’s third class only.
• Statutory holidays when the club will be closed, are not calculated in the 37-39 weeks provided during the season. Information on closures will be posted on the bulletin board.
• A credit voucher will be offered for classes missed due to any government enforced closure that last more than 4 consecutive weeks.
Children under 12 years old ARE NOT allowed upstairs without an adult.

Payment Information

FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS ONLY

  • Registration is a season enrolment
    (September-June: 37-39 weeks, weeks depends on day of the week attending
  • All fees subject to HST
  • Payments online can be made with Visa, Master Card or Amex. We do NOT accept visa debit. For e-transfers, please use the e-mail manjaksgymnastics@gmail.com and please include the child’s name and program registering for
  • A Gymnastics Ontario Membership ($50 fee) is required for all gymnasts, valid until the end of June 2024. Please note that GO Membership Fees are non-refundable at any time.
  • When you register two or more children from the same family, a 10% discount will be applied to the least expensive program(s). The discount is applied to each instalment
  • A $15.00 charge will apply each time we are unable to process your credit card instalments
  • The Club has the right to terminate the child’s membership for non-payment or for not adhering to the Club’s policies and rules of conduct. When a membership is terminated, there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT GIVEN AT ANY TIME

Cancellation Policies & Refunds

FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS ONLY

All cancellation notifications must be submitted via email to manjakgym@gmail.com

There are 3 options to cancel and receive a refund (Recreational programs only)

1. BEFORE ATTENDING ANY CLASSES: you can receive a refund less the administration fee $50 (toddlers and kindergym) and $75 (other rec programs) 

2. AFTER ONE CLASS: you can receive a refund less administration fee $125 (toddlers and kindergym) and $175 (other rec programs)

3. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 15, 2023, you will receive the amount of $300 (toddlers and kindergym) and $450 (other rec programs), assuming all payments have been received. 

  • THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS AFTER DEC 15/2023. 
  • Any cancellation due to medical injury will receive a program credit valid until SEP 15, 2024 (excluding GO membership). The credit is not transferable to any other child! The Club must receive an original Medical Doctor’s note stating the child’s inability to participate in gymnastics for more than 8 weeks consecutive. The credit will be calculated from the date stated on the doctor’s note on. 
  • An in-house credit will be offered for classes missed due to any government enforced closure that last more than 4 consecutive weeks.
